This Privacy Policy explains how Raptor Bikes Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use The Clubhouse mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, birthday (for birthday rewards)
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor, Teya. We do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Profile preferences: favourite drinks, dietary preferences, marketing preferences, primary sport
- Customer support communications: messages, emails, or chat logs when you contact us
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Transaction data: purchase history, order details, redeemed rewards, points balance
- Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address
- App usage data: features used, screens viewed, session duration, crash logs
- Location data: approximate or precise location, if you enable it, to find nearby stores, calculate rewards eligibility at checkout, or send location-based offers
- Push notification tokens: to send order updates, reward alerts, and promotions

- Payment confirmation data from our payment processor
- Data from social login providers if you sign up via Apple, Google, or Facebook Sign-In (name, email, profile photo)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your loyalty account and rewards balance

- Send transactional messages such as order confirmations and receipts
- Send marketing communications and personalised offers, where you have opted in
- Improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from push notifications and emails via Settings, or the unsubscribe link in any email
- Location permissions: enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings
- App Tracking Transparency: on iOS, we request your permission before tracking you across apps and websites, in line with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework
Regional rights
UK and EEA users: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact info@wearetheclubhouse.cc to exercise these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.
California users: you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Contact us as above to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Where we have set specific retention periods, these are:
- Account and profile data: retained while your account is active, and deleted within [X] days of account closure

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
