Raptor frame on the workshop stand in Putney

Warranty

Built right.
Backed for life.

Every Raptor frame and frameset carries our Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. If something isn't right, our team is here to make it right.

We stand behind every bike we build.

Raptor exists because we saw a better way to build and buy bikes. Standing behind that work is part of the deal.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to original owners and covers defects in materials and workmanship on all Raptor frames and framesets. If you bought your bike through an authorised Raptor dealer, please contact them directly to start your claim. Claims through our website are reserved for customers who bought directly from Raptor Bikes.

02

Bike serial number.

Stamped on the underside of the bottom bracket. We can help you find it if you're not sure.

03

Clear photographs.

Well-lit shots of the issue from a couple of angles. The clearer the photos, the faster we can help.

Once you've gathered those, email us with your details and we'll take it from there.
