Why Raptor? 

How are we so much cheaper than all the big name bike brands?

The main reason is we’re a small team selling direct to customers. There are no middlemen (or middlewomen), we don’t have loads of staff and we don’t have a huge marketing budget, with Pro riders and Pro teams to pay for. We’re lean and careful so we can pass on these savings to you. We plan to stay like this, too. 

What type of bikes do you offer? 

We’re focused on keeping it simple.  We offer two frame options; Aero focused road bike and the SuperLight climbing road bike. You select which Shimano group set you’d like: Di2 Dura-Ace, Ultegra or 105. It’s as simple as that. We've already included the best components as standard so you don't need loads of options to choose from. If you're desperate for something different you can always ask.

What’s the frame made of?

Our frame is made from Toray T800 and T1000 carbon fibre, just like other high-end road bikes. Similarly, T1000 Carbon Fibre is used to provide additional stiffness in areas such as the head tube and bottom bracket but not throughout the bike to avoid an overly stiff/rigid ride. 

Can’t I just go into a shop and buy one? 

Afraid not. But you can come to our workshop and have a far more in-depth chat with us, as we know our bikes better than any salesperson. We also let you ride one, subject to you not being an utter cad. 

What happens when I get my bike?

After being hand built by a professional, trusted mechanic, it will be fully checked over, measured, road-tested, and given our seal of approval. Before you ride off into the dawn we’ll invite you back for a 4–8 week check-up for any adjustments. 

What about spares?

No problem. We hold spares of all the parts you might need, and we’re only ever a phone call or email away.

How do I get my bike serviced? 

Glad you asked. We offer a tiered range of service plans to keep you on the road at optimum performance. Taking one out when you purchase your first Raptor is the best choice. Speak to us about the different plans, their costs and benefits.

What happens if there is a fault with my frame? 

If you get an issue with your frame within 5 years, we’ll take care of it.
