Introducing:
The Collective Fund

Raptor Bikes

Investing in grassroots cycling, community racing, and the next generation of riders

At Raptor Bikes, performance has always been about more than speed. It is about precision, purpose and the people who bring the sport to life. Over the past season we have worked closely with elite racers to push our bikes to their limits.

But as the brand grows, so does our vision for what meaningful support in cycling should look like.

We have made the decision to step away from managing a single elite race team to focus on something much broader, a commitment that reaches more riders, clubs and communities.

Raptor Bikes

A new direction: The Collective Fund

We are proud to introduce The Collective Fund, a new initiative designed to strengthen the foundations of British cycling by investing directly into grassroots racing, local clubs and emerging talent.

The Collective Fund represents a £20,000 investment dedicated to creating opportunities for riders who might not otherwise have access to coaching, race entries or the equipment needed to progress. The aim is simple, to make racing more accessible, inclusive and sustainable for the people who power the sport at every level.

Why the change

Racing remains central to who we are, but rather than concentrating all resources into one team, we are choosing to channel our support more widely to create lasting impact across the community.

This new approach allows us to invest where it matters most, by supporting local clubs and riders with the resources they need to progress, helping more people access coaching and race opportunities, and creating clear pathways for independent racers to compete and develop.

It is about broadening our reach, opening the door for more riders to take part and ensuring that the benefits of our investment are felt across every level of the sport. It is a return to the roots of cycling, where ambition, opportunity and community come together.

Reflecting on a successful first season

Before we turn the page, we want to recognise the journey that brought us here.

Our first season with the team was one to remember. From Dylan Hicks’ victory at the Beaumont Trophy, to Rowan Baker’s overall win at The Peaks Two Day, and that standout Box Hill KOM, it has been a year filled with incredible racing, teamwork and shared progress.

A huge thank you to everyone at Promethean Sports for their professionalism and dedication throughout the year. We are proud to have shared this chapter with you and wish the team every success in what comes next.

What happens next

Details on how to apply for support from The Collective Fund will be announced in the coming weeks. The fund will be open to individual riders, clubs and projects that align with our vision of growing grassroots racing and developing new talent.
