Raptor Ready: Your first year of servicing
Every new Raptor includes a full year of complimentary servicing at The Workshop in Barnes.
Why it matters
Regular servicing keeps your Raptor shifting and braking the way it did on day one, and catches worn parts before they wear out the expensive ones. The Workshop in Barnes is a dedicated Raptor service centre, so every mechanic there knows your bike inside out.
Your first year
Every new Raptor includes 3 free services in its first year, and you don't need to keep track of when they're due. Our team will get in touch personally when it's time.
The first 2 cover the essentials: brakes, gears and the core systems checked and set up, so your bike stays safe and shifts cleanly. The third goes further, with your cockpit and components torqued to spec and a full look at the drivetrain, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, derailleurs and pedals.
The service itself is free. Any parts that need replacing, like pads, chains or tyres, are charged separately, and we'll always give you a quote before fitting anything.
When to book
We'd suggest 1 service before the worst of the winter weather and 1 in spring, so your bike comes out of winter in the same shape it went in. Bought your Raptor second-hand? You're just as welcome, and your first inspection is free.

Do you service other bikes?
No. The Workshop is a dedicated Raptor service centre, so all our servicing is for Raptor owners only.
